EDGA / EDGA Tour Feedback

Updated on

In every organisation, feedback is vital to ensure we stay on the right track and continue striving to achieve the goals of our members.

Today, we are launching a new-style Q&A platform (details below) to reinforce our commitment to being an organisation for the members. This platform will provide everyone with an opportunity to raise questions and receive well-considered responses, helping to build greater trust among all involved

Purpose The goal of these monthly meetings is to provide the community with an opportunity to raise questions, concerns, or comments—whether they are constructive criticisms or positive feedback—that the EDGA Board can address directly in a live format. These meetings are open to members only. All questions and answers will be published on the EDGA website.

When The meeting dates will be shared with EDGA members during the first week of each month. Obtaining Feedback Feedback can be submitted via an anonymous Google Form (you may include your name at the end of your comment if you prefer). The form can be found here: https://forms.gle/kSqxsXjGEYS67zTj9

How Will Comments Be Addressed? To ensure a thorough response, we ask that any feedback to be discussed at the open meetings be submitted to the Board at least one week prior to the meeting. This will allow the Board time to provide a consolidated response that fully addresses the comments. Any feedback received after the one-week deadline will be addressed in the following month’s meeting. Following the meeting, all questions, comments, and the corresponding responses will be uploaded to the website for everyone to view. This ensures transparency and provides the community with easy access to the discussions and outcomes. This is a new initiative being launched by the EDGA to encourage greater member engagement. We will monitor its success and welcome any feedback on the format to ensure it meets the needs of our community.
